Jewelry trends come and go but not these. Find out which ones have become classics.
7 Jewelry Pieces That Were Once Trends But Are Now Basics
I love a jewelry trend as much as the next girl, but I'm also not keen on buying jewelry that I'm not going to want to wear once the trend is inevitably up. Investing in nice jewelry is something I've been keener on as I've gotten older, so the ideal for me is a jewelry trend that's both trendy and timeless, and wearable on a daily basis. That's the formula for getting the most bang for your buck.
I'm happy to report that in recent years, there have been many jewelry trends that eventually became basics in all of our jewelry collections, and are likely to stay that way. Why would you stop wearing chunky gold hoops, for example, now that you know how much cooler they make an outfit look? Some jewelry trends are just too good to let slip away. That's why I've come up with this list of seven undeniable jewelry trends that are now staples. Shop my picks for each below.
Pearls
Based on how quickly the pearl jewelry trend because so huge, I wasn't sure that it would last, but now I'm convinced that it's here to stay. In fact, the interest in pearls has increased even more so recently, given the fact that pearl jewelry is Kamala Harris' signature accessory.

Of all the chains, curb chains might be my favorite. They tend to look expensive even when they're not, and when the links catch the light, they give off the prettiest shimmer.
