Chrissy Teigen’s Scathing Farewell Message to President Donald Trump Is a Must-Read
Chrissy Teigen and John Legend flew to Washington, D.C., with their children, Luna and Miles, for future president Joe Biden's inauguration. Legend will perform during the festivities, as will Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez, Garth Brooks, and more. While in Washington, D.C., the couple posed with the National Guard, whom Teigen referred to as “actual fucking heroes” in one of two Instagram posts from D.C.
“We got lost on the way to soundcheck but stumbled across these literal fucking heroes!!” she captioned the post. She also shared videos of the National Guard preparing for the inauguration. In a series of tweets and Instagram posts, she admitted that she “got in trouble for sharing a little too much,” adding that her millions of followers need to “act surprised.”
Chrissy Teigen's Instagram account and other social media haven't been free of content pointed at President Donald Trump. Her IG bio reads “making america great again,” and she famously was blocked by Trump on Twitter. So, in true Teigen fashion, she also posted a message toward Trump on his last day as the president of the United States.
“Today our great national fuckup is over, but the shame will last forever. with 2 impeachments, the creation of 3 million LESS jobs, 403,000 dead, a record low approval rating and god knows how many crimes, we can officially say Donald J Trump is the greatest at being the fucking worst,” she wrote in a lengthy Instagram caption. “Maybe it wasn’t such a good idea to have the guy with barely enough well done steak with ketchup fueled brainpower to power a lightbulb who doesn’t even know how to close an umbrella run the country. History will not be kind to you, you absolute psychopath. But I never was anyhow.”
Here's how you can watch the presidential inauguration.
