How to Live Stream the 2021 SAG Awards
Like all awards shows this year, the SAG Awards 2021 will adjust to a new format due to the pandemic. Specifically, it'll be airing a shortened show celebrating its “I Am an Actor” stories.
The docuseries-inspired interviews with nominees will give us an intimate experience with our favorite stars. The entire show is pre-taped and is a hybrid between actor interviews and acceptance speeches.
“We’re looking at trying to do a unique award ceremony in an hour and leave people saying, which they very rarely do [with an awards show], ‘Man, I wish we had more,’” SAG executive producer Todd Milliner tells Variety. “It is a jam-packed hour, and we’re still trying to rob from one part to give to another part."
Here's everything you need to know about how to watch the SAG Awards 2021, including details on the SAG live stream.
