I Scrolled Through Next's Spring 2021 Collection—Here's What I'd Recommend

From coats to printed dresses, I just found so much good stuff in Next's spring/summer 2021 collection.

We've got to that time of year when the spring collections are finally starting to roll in. It might not be the thing at the forefront of our minds (for obvious reasons), but there's something about the entry of cotton dresses and light jackets that fills us with a tiny bit of hope, even if it's just for the promise of warmer temperatures and longer days. Well, for what it's worth, the spring collections aren't looking too shabby, and we're here to help you navigate the maze of new season fashion.

This week we've focused our spotlight on British high street institution, Next. It might not be known for the most cutting edge of designs, but it's a consistent failsafe for affordable wardrobe heroes that look great, whether you're 18 or 80. In recent seasons, the brand has also become so much better at offering subtle nods to current styles, without falling prey to transient trends. Whilst scrolling through Next's new season drop I have to admit that I was surprised by how many items I clicked on. There really is so much to love.

Particular highlights include a wide-lapel zip-up top, which would layer so nicely over a check blazer, and I was also unexpectedly drawn to a monochrome loungewear co-ord, which looked undeniably high-end with its colour-blocking print. There's also plenty of statement collars, throw-on jackets and versatile dresses—essentially everything you need to kick off the new season in style. Scroll down to see and shop my complete edit.
