ORIGINAL STORY:

Goodbye ombré, hello summer blonde. As Chrissy Teigen continues to grow out her brunette and caramel bob, she’s getting rid of those transitional shades and going a lot brighter.

On April 4, Teigen started documenting her transformation on Instagram Stories, showing off her stylist’s foil process. (She tagged Tracy Cunningham of the MèCHE Salon. )

As going blonde is often a multi-appointment endeavor, Chrissy Teigen showed off various stages of the process. “Crap should we stop here,” Teigen asked her followers at the first sight of blonde.

Obviously, she didn’t stop there. In the next round Teigen’s stylist deepened the tone and got rid of a bit of that brassy yellow with a red glaze. “Almost there,” she said.

Teigen did not show off the final results, but if her hair looks half as good as this honey blonde, then I’m sure she will be stunning.

This is not the only transformation Teigen has been going through. On April 5, the Cravings entrepreneur revealed to People that she is changing the way she looks at food and putting an end to her battle with “dieting and diet culture.”

“I’ve thrown all of that out of the window. I think now at this point in my life it’s more important for me to enjoy things as they come,” she told the publication. “I eat things when I want them. Because if I don’t my mind personally goes crazy. I kind of put my mind over body a little bit, mind and spirit over body. If it’s going to make me happy and make me feel good, then I indulge in it.”

Teigen appeared on the cover of People’s Beautiful issue with her daughter, Luna, and her son, Miles. “I’ve lived a whole life. I’ve spent way too many years counting calories, scheduling way too many workouts and trying to figure out what my term for wellness was for myself,” she says. “I’ve been trying to figure that out for so so long. Now I know that it’s on the ground playing with my kids, getting out there, going to a park, going to an aquarium, being able to drive around with my kids in the car.”
