The Duchess of Cambridge attended both Wimbledon and the Euro Championship today.
Kate Middleton Attended Two Sports Matches With an Elegant Ensemble for Each
Today, Kate Middleton squeezed two sporting events into her busy schedule. The Duchess of Cambridge attended both Wimbledon (tennis) and the Euro Championships (football) in England—and as is always the case, she sported two elegant ensembles for each appearance.
Middleton began her day at Wimbledon this morning to watch the men’s final, where Novak Djokovic faced off against Matteo Berrettini. The Duchess wore a belted blush-pink dress with retro flair. By the London-based label Beulah, it features a high neckline, cropped sleeves, and a sweeping skirt. That sweet, demure silhouette is a favorite of the royal’s. At the women’s final yesterday, she wore a green Emilia Wickstead number in a similar shape. She accessorized the frock with a neutral bag and ankle-strap sandals.
Then, shortly after Wimbledon, Middleton appeared at the UEFA 2020 Euro Championship, where she watched Italy face off against England, with Prince William and son Prince George by her side. The Duchess changed into a white blazer look for the match, and paired it with dark jeans and beaded red statement earrings by Blaiz. Overall, the two looks continued Middleton’s streak of turning sporting events into a regal fashion moment. It’s a Duchess tradition, after all.
