Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos Said They Solve Almost All Marriage Problems With ‘Sexy Time’
Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos have a surprising but inspiring tip for solving problems in their relationship: “sexy time.”
On Monday's episode Live With Kelly and Ryan—which Consuelos cohosted in place of Ryan Seacrest—the couple opened up a lot about their relationship while discussing the intense HBO marriage drama Scenes From a Marriage, starring very good friends Jessica Chastain and Oscar Isaac. Scenes From a Marriage explores the challenges and unraveling of a marriage.
“I was like, none of this would ever be happening in the Mark Consuelos household, because he would have nipped all of this in the bud immediately,” Ripa said. “Because everything for Mark is settled with, everything is settled with—”
“Love,” said Consuelos.
“Love and sexy time,” Ripa corrected.
When Consuelos tried to confirm that not every issue in their marriage is resolved with sexy time, Ripa said, “Just about almost everything.”
This isn't the first time Ripa and Conseulos got into the dirty details of their steaming hot marriage. In July, Ripa posted a spicy photo on Instagram of Consuelos staring at her butt.

Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos got married in 1996 after meeting on the set of the soap opera All My Children in 1995. The couple have three children: Michael, 24, Lola, 20, and Joaquin, 18.
“I saw my husband in a photograph before I saw him. I knew when I saw his photograph,” Ripa said on Radio Andy’s Lunch With Bruce, per Us Weekly. “I was not a hopeless romantic. I never thought about getting married; it never occurred to me that I would grow old with someone. I just thought I would be living my single-girl life in the city and sort of like moving…. When I saw him, the photograph of him, I saw my entire future with him flash before—like I saw it.”
