The February 2020 runways were prophetic; on them, we saw cozy accessories like wearable blankets, which—unbeknownst to designers—was quite the foreshadow of the year to come. As we moved through life at home in the pandemic, designers like Proenza Schouler, Eckhaus Latta, and Salvatore Ferragamo quickly served up knits in all forms on comfortable dresses and elegant matching separates.

Fast forward to our reemergence this spring, and fashion is letting us stay discretely cozy with offerings in textures and knitwear meant for warm-weather dressing. Think lightweight cardigans and sweater vests and tasseled and macramé accessories.
