Combat boots don’t have to be hefty or cumbersome. In some cases, they can even be completely sexy. Take a note from Kourtney Kardashian. Today, she stepped out in New York City in a pair of Naked Wolf chunky-soled boots that skimmed her shins. She wore the statement shoes with a jacket by the Belgian label Leo, which she styled as a mini dress, an itty-bitty Hermès bag, Bottega Veneta sunglasses, and an iced matcha tea.
By her side was her beau Travis Barker, who opted for an outfit with an equally dark color palette. He wore a sleeveless black tank, black skinny jeans, and black leather shoes. Not one to skimp on accessories, the buff, bald, and tatted-up drummer wore a spiky metal necklace. (Behind him, a security guard carried a Goyard monogrammed duffle).
The couple has been syncing up their style for quite some time. Kardashian in particular has put her own saucy glaze on Barker’s punk aesthetic. We’ve seen her in black mini dresses with cut-outs and black leather cuissardes with mini shorts. There are times when she even pulls from his wardrobe, including when she wore a grindcore T-shirt with a skeleton splattered on its front. As for this outing? It’s nice to see Kardashian expressing her red hot relationship through her clothes.
