Kris Jenner Is Reportedly Launching a Beauty and Skin-Care Brand

Kim and Kylie must be so proud.

It looks like Kris Jenner is ready to step out from behind the curtain.

On February 10, Kris reportedly filed to trademark Kris Jenner Beauty, Kris Jenner Skin, and Kris Jenner Skincare, according to documents obtained by E! News

Per the documents, the reality star listed a variety of products that could be produced under her brand, including “skin care, cosmetics, nail care products, false lashes, hair care products, and fragrances.”

While Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner both partner with Coty Inc., it’s unclear if their mother will be going in that direction. However, it feels likely considering she reportedly inked the $800 million deals between Coty and her daughter’s companies, KKW and Kylie Cosmetics. In fact, the global beauty company named Kris the chief executive officer of Kylie Cosmetics in April 2020.

Much of Kris’s own social media posts are devoted to promoting her daughters’ products, from lip oils to Valentine’s Day collections. That’s not just about being a supportive mom; it’s business.

Kris has launched namesake products before. Aside from collabing multiple times with Kylie Cosmetics, including a Mother’s Day collection called the Momager Kit, she also launched the KKW x Kris perfume with Kim. She’s no novice.

And there’s absolutely a market for a Kris Jenner beauty and skin-care line. Kylie and Kim each run successful beauty companies aimed at different demographics, and Kris’s line would target yet another varied group: people in their 60s. (There’s a huge difference between that skin-care market and, say, the market for 20-, 30-, or 40-somethings.)

I’m so looking forward to whatever serums, moisturizers, and eye creams a Kris Jenner line would hypothetically offer. I feel like I’ve been waiting forever for Kris to share her secrets. Kylie and Kim had to get it from somewhere, right? Drop the routine, mom!
