Taylor Swift’s Grammy’s Look Is the Perfect Post-Quarantine Party Dress—and It’s Available for Preorder Now

The Oscar de la Renta mini-dress is online now.

We are officially in a new era of red carpet glamour. An epoch in which pajamas on the red carpet are just as welcomed as as an outfit-matching mask. On Sunday, Taylor Swift (who picked up Album of the Year for folklore) attended the 63rd annual Grammy Awards wearing one of the prettiest face coverings there ever was.

The three-dimensional mask, designed by Laura Kim and Fernando Garcia of Oscar de la Renta, is the epitome of an evening mask, adorned with hand-embroidered flowers over beige organza. It was a custom “accessory” designed to match Swift’s romantic dress, which appeared more like a collage of a tearsheets from a book of pressed flowers than it did an embroidered textile. If the floriated garment looks familiar, that’s because it was modeled by Candice Swanepoel in Oscar de la Renta’s Fall 2021 lookbook, which was released only a couple of weeks ago. The long-sleeved dress delivered a new take on the florals and feels as fresh as a springtime bouquet.

As it turns out, the very same dress is currently available for preorder on Moda Operandi. And while, at the moment, the mask isn’t for sale, we have a feeling after Swift’s showcase, the world will want one, too.
