YouTube Is Coming To Switch 2
A YouTube app should be coming soon
The official TeamYouTube account says, "We're working with Nintendo to make YouTube available on the Switch 2 soon."
It's uncertain why the existing app isn't compatible with the Switch 2. It's also worth noting that YouTube didn't arrive to the original Switch until over a year after the handheld launched, So, while it's frustrating that YouTube isn't available at launch on Switch 2, Google's response hopefully means the app is indeed coming soon.
Many of the original Switch games are backwards compatible. Additionally, some games have gotten either paid Switch 2 Editions or free updates that can make some dramatic improvements.
