The Samsung 9100 Pro SSD Is Super-Fast And Super-Discounted For Prime Day

Add up to 4TB to your PC or PS5 with this Prime Day deal on Samsung's 9100 Pro SSD
You can never have too much storage capacity on your PS5, and if you're considering an upgrade, several Samsung 9100 Pro SSDs are on sale at Amazon right now as part of the retailer's massive Prime Day 2025 sale. These small drives features fast load times, are easy to install, and--most importantly--come with a heatsink pre-attached so you can install them in your PS5 or PC right out of the box., allowing you to upgrade your PC or PS5 console with just 1TB of extra space for as little as $160. Like other Prime Day discounts, these deals will be available until the sale ends on July 11--unless they sell out first.
These are primarily aimed at PC gamers, but you can also install one of these SSDs in your PS5. You won't get the full read/write speed on console from the PCIe 5.0 standards that the SSD supports, but PCIe 4.0 is still veryfast. Amazon is offering 1TB, 2TB, and 4TB versions of the Samsung 9100 Pro and these are capable of up to 14,800/13,400 MB/s* sequential read/write speeds. Each one also comes with a heatsink, and installation is as easy as inserting the SSD into the open motherboard slot and screwing it securely into place. If you regularly download new AAA games or work with high-resolution video and image files, then having an SSD is a must these days.

Prime Day is also offering deals on a variety of PC hardware, but we're also seeing some tempting specials at several other Amazon competitors. For example, the Walmart Deals promotion has a wide selection of laptop deals, franging from budget-friendly notebooks to absurdly powerful machines that can handle the demands of modern gaming. Target Circle Week and Best Buy Black Friday in July promotions are also worth checking out, especially if you're looking to upgrade your PC.
Circling back to Amazon, you can also pick up some good accessories for your PC build. Logitech gaming gear like the G515 Lightspeed TKL Low Profile Keyboard and G535 Wireless Headset are down to very low prices, and this is just the tip of the iceberg for everything on sale from the brand.
