Diablo 4 Twitch Drops Include Weapon Skins For Every Class And A Unique Mount
Blizzard is celebrating Diablo 4's launch with four weeks of free loot
Next up, from June 12-18, will be the Sorcerer, followed by the Druid on June 19-25, and concluding with the Barbarian on June 26-July 2. Players will need to watch six hours of Diablo IV content on Twitch each week to unlock all the cosmetics, and will need to claim their first, three-hour reward before making progress towards the six-hour one. To do so, players simply need to ensure their Twitch account is linked with their Battle.net account. Though owning a copy of Diablo IV isn't required to earn the drops, they will expire seven days after being claimed if no Battle.net account is linked.
Blizzard will additionally be running a "support a streamer" promotion, where gifting two subscriptions to qualifying streamers will unlock the Primal Instinct mount. A full list of eligible streamers will be coming soon, according to Blizzard.
Diablo IV's most recent playtest, the Server Slam, largely went off without a hitch, even if players do still have some feedback for Blizzard. The game's previous open beta was the biggest playtest in the franchise's history, with more than 2.6 million players earning special beta rewards that will carry forward into the full game.
Diablo IV arrives on June 2 for those who pre-order the game's Deluxe or Ultimate editions, or on June 6 for those who purchase the standard edition. Those who pre-order will be able to pre-load on their chosen platform starting on May 30. For a full breakdown, check out our Diablo IV release time guide.
