Civilization 7 is just $33 on PS5, Xbox Series X, and Switch during Woot's big video game sale this week

Considering the physical Civilization 7 Switch 2 Edition is just a code in a box--it's not even a Game-Key Card--you’re not missing out on anything by grabbing the original Switch version and the digital Switch 2 upgrade instead of the Switch 2 physical edition.

Civilization 7 Switch 2 Edition supports up to a 4K resolution at 30 fps or 1080p at 60 fps when docked. The Switch 2 Edition also supports the Joy-Con 2's mouse mode, giving it a similar feel to traditional mouse and keyboard controls found on PC.

“Sid Meier's Civilization 7’s ‘one more turn’ aspect is still as engaging as ever, and I enjoyed huge portions of my playthroughs,” wrote critic Jason Rodriguez in GameSpot's Civilization 7 review, which scored an 8/10 thanks to its streamlined design that lessens micromanagement while maintaining the enthralling 4X strategy gameplay the series is known for.
