Fans believe they've worked out when the Switch 2 could launch
A June launch for the Switch 2 is not confirmed, however. Nintendo's announcement of the Switch 2 Experience never says that fans attending the event get to play the system before it launches, though that is the expectation.
Whatever the case, a June launch for the Switch 2 does track with previous reporting, which said the console could debut in the market in May or June. It's also entirely possible the Nintendo Switch 2 Experience events could take place even after the Switch 2 is in the market.
Fans must have a Nintendo Account to participate. Ticket registration opens on January 17 at 12 PM PT / 3 PM ET.

Nintendo will hold a Nintendo Direct event for the Switch 2 on April 2, at which time Nintendo is expected to divulge many more details, so keep checking back with GameSpot for the latest.
