Phantom Liberty officially launches on September 26 for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. This expansion introduces some major changes to the DNA of Cyberpunk 2077--most of which will be added free of charge to the base game--and takes place in a new district inside of Night City. Billed as a spy-thriller, fans can expect a completely reworked skill-tree, cops who'll actually pursue you if you get up to mischief, and vehicle-to-vehicle combat. There's even an interesting tie-in to the Edgerunners anime series, as if you load your body up with too many cybernetics and firmware upgrades, you'll risk developing a bad case of cyber-psychosis.
Preorders are still available, and you can grab the expansion for $30 from several sites. Preordering the game also unlocks the Quadra Sport R-7 "Vigilante" vehicle for your collection.
