Amazon B1G1 50% Off Game Sale Includes New Releases For Switch, PS5, And Xbox
Metaphor: ReFantazio, Space Marine 2, Epic Mickey: Rebrushed, and more new games are included in Amazon's buy one, get one 50% off game sale
A little bit of everything is included in Amazon’s event, covering both new releases like Metaphor: ReFantazio and Space Marine 2 alongside older hits like Outer Wilds. A bunch of remastered and collections are also up for grabs, our favorite being Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1. Amazon's B1G1 50% off promotion features a lot of the same games as Best Buy's now expired promotion that ran over the weekend, but there's one key difference: Amazon's discount is calculated using the current price, while Best Buy factored the discount based on MSRP. So, depending on what you pick, Amazon's sale is better.
Note: If you don't see the B1G1 50% off deal on one of the games listed below, click "other sellers on Amazon" and choose the option that is shipped and sold by Amazon. If resellers are offering slightly lower prices, they can take the default spot on a product's store page. But the B1G1 50% off promotion is only available for games that are shipped and sold by Amazon.
B1G1 50% Off PlayStation 5 Games
If you like turn-based RPGs, the recently released Metaphor: ReFantazio is a must-play game from Atlus. Metaphor isn't the only notable RPG for PS5 eligible for B1G1 50% off. You can also pick up Crisis Core: Final Fantasy 7 Reunion, Unicorn Overlord, and Visions of Mana.
If you haven't played Space Marine 2, now's a great time to pick up the latest game in the Warhammer universe. Space Marine 2 is a superb third-person shooter that turned out to be worth the long wait.
Other recently released games featured in the sale, such as Epic Mickey: Rebrushed or RetroRealms Double Feature, which has two pixelated side-scrollers set in the horror universes of Halloween and Evil Dead. The awesome Poker-like deckbuilding game Balatro recently got a physical release, and it comes with 10 collectible cards--making it a pretty good deal at $30.

B1G1 50% Off Xbox Games
The list of Xbox games in Amazon’s sale isn’t quite as long as the other two, but you’ll still find a few good options. This includes Metaphor: ReFantazio, Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1, and Space Marine 2. If you’re having a hard time moving on from the spooky season, Dead Island 2: Ultimate Edition will let you continue your zombie fix into the winter, as it’s loaded with content and will take close to 40 hours to see everything it has to offer. If you’re shopping for a younger player, check out Hot Wheels Unleashed 2: Turbocharged, as it’s surprisingly nuanced for a racing game based on a classic toy brand.
