After that, Sam becomes acquainted with a pregnant woman named Rainy (Shioli Kutsuna), and a newcomer who goes by Tomorrow (Elle Fanning). When Tomorrow starts singing to Rainy's baby, Dollman takes the opportunity to join in even while he's hanging from Sam's belt. It looks like that's how Dollman and Sam will be traveling together at some point.
From there, Sam and Dollman meet up with Heartman (Nicolas Winding Refn's likeness, as voiced by Darren Jacobs), a man who can literally shut off his heart at will. Heartman's exo-suit also gives him the ability to sleep in any standing position that he chooses. To close out the video, Fragile, Tomorrow, and Rainy fool around in the camera mode, and the resulting Polaroid-like pictures look more realistic than everything else.
Death Stranding 2 doesn't have a release date yet, but it will hit PlayStation 5 in 2025.
