Minecraft's In-Game Movie Event Gives You More Time With The Garbage Man

Originally, the live event was supposed to already be over, but Mojang is keeping it playable for another week
The in-game live event for A Minecraft Movie started on March 25 and features character models based off their film counterparts. That means there's a blocky version of Jack Black's Steve, as well as versions of Jason Momoa ("The Garbage Man"), Emma Myers, Danielle Brooks, and Sebastian Hansen. There are three minigames and completing challenges can lead players to earning the Yearn cape.
Last month, Minecraft received the Spring to Life update, featuring new mob variants and blocks like firefly bushes. There also has recently been reconfirmation that no Minecraft 2 is in the works.
For more, check out GameSpot's A Minecraft Movie review. You can also already preorder the film's steelbook edition, as well as a crafting-table edition.
