Call Of Duty's The Replacer Is Becoming A Playable Operator In Black Ops 6
Peter Stormare's popular Call of Duty character is coming to the in-game store next week
Activision created more than two dozen Replacer ads for Black Ops 6, featuring Stormare replacing all manner of people, including TV hosts, the Pope, the NFL's Kyler Murray, boxer Canelo Alvarez, podcast host Joe Rogan, and political analysts. You can see all the spots on the Call of Duty YouTube page.
Stormare's The Replacer debuted in 2013 and has been a mainstay for Activision's Black Ops marketing campaigns over the years. The first in the series of commercials for Black Ops 6 featuring The Replacer went live during NFL matchups back in September.

There’s no substitute for greatness. The Replacer has concluded his whirlwind #BlackOps6 takeover tour and has freed up some time to appear in-game. Tracer Pack: The Replacer will be available shortly after Season 01 launch. pic.twitter.com/oXr2iXybSt
The Replacer has even replaced an in-game Call of Duty: Warzone character, Graves, prompting some to theorize Activision would eventually put him in the game--now that's happening. Activision said the Replacer bundle will be available "shortly" after Season 01 begins on November 14.
In addition to the Replacer bundle, players are getting new maps, modes, and weapons, along with a new Warzone map, Area 99. You can read Activision's extensive blog post to get up to date with everything coming in Season 01.
