Now Playing: Resident Evil Requiem (RE9) - Official Cinematic Reveal Trailer

Resident Evil Requiem will serve as the ninth mainline entry in the long-running series. It will also see the franchise return to Raccoon City, as FBI technical analyst Grace Ashcroft goes to investigate a death at an abandoned hotel. Grace is also the daughter of Resident Evil Outbreak's Alyssa Ashcroft.

Capcom has confirmed that Resident Evil Requiem will be playable from first- and third-person camera perspectives. This offers a way for classic fans to engage with the upcoming game, as well as new fans to the franchise. In contrast, Resident Evil 7: Biohazard and Resident Evil Village were solely first-person games.
