The 1,180-piece Nike Dunk x Lego Set launches July 1, and preorders are now live

Nike And Lego Teaming Up On A New Set Based On The Nike Dunk Sneaker

Nike and Lego recently announced a multi-year partnership, and we can expect to see a variety of products (including both shoes and Lego sets) arriving over the next few months. The first Lego drop is a stunner, as the Nike Dunk x Lego Set lets you piece together your very own Nike Dunk sneaker plus some cool basketball-inspired accessories. Preorders are now live at the Lego Store ahead of its July 1 release, and we’re expecting it to quickly become a hot commodity.

The Nike Dunk x Lego Set is based on the blue and white version of the iconic Nike Dunk sneaker. The completed set measures over 9.5 inches tall and 15 inches wide, and features a hidden compartment to store various items, a rotatable basketball, a large “Dunk” logo, and a stand to showcase all the accessories. You can even swap out its blue laces for green ones. As a bonus, the set comes bundled with an exclusive B’Ball Head minifigure. It’s currently only available to preorder at the Lego Store, and it’s unclear if it’ll arrive at other retailers

This is only the tip of the iceberg, as Nike and Lego will be launching a bunch of new products over the next several years. Many of the details are still tightly under wraps, but we do know Nike will drop the Nike Air Max DN x Lego Collection on August 1, followed by the Nike Dunk Low x Lego Collection on September 1. A variety of events will also run in California, China, and London. If you’re interested in attending, stay tuned for more details.
