A New Angry Birds Game Is Out Now
The latest Angry Birds game is available now via Apple Arcade
In Angry Birds Bounce, the pigs have banished the birds from their islands, so the birds--Red, Chuck, and Bomb--are doing whatever they can to get them back. Players fling the birds at the pigs, but they can now bounce off the walls for a new layer of strategy. Players need to strategically assemble a group of birds and go after specific power-ups to have the best chance at success. In essence, it appears to be a block-breaker game in the mold of Arkanoid.
Apple Arcade games have no microtransactions or ads, which is a big change from most mobile titles, and this applies also to Angry Birds Bounce.
Some of the other new additions to the Apple Arcade library in July include Kingdom Rush 5: Alliance TD and Suika Game+. Check out the gallery below to see more of the Apple Arcade game launches for the summer.
Beyond a new game, a new Angry Birds movie is coming in 2027 with a star-studded voice cast. That's a big year for video game movies, as Nintendo's live-action Zelda movie and Paramount's next Sonic the Hedgehog movie are due out then as well.
