Fender And Capcom Team Up For $2,000 Monster Hunter Guitar
The Monster Hunter Rathalos Telecaster will be available in 2025
The guitar's other features are mostly in line with a Fender Telecaster Custom. These include a humbucker in the neck position and a single-coil pickup in the bridge. The nut is also made of bone, though we're guessing it's not made from a monster you can hunt in the video game. The neckplate features a commemorative 20th-anniversary logo, and just like the games, the guitar is made in Japan. This is a rarity among Fenders, which are typically made in either California or Mexico.
Monster Hunter Wilds arrives on February 28, 2025 for Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and PC. Seeing as Monster Hunter World was one of Capcom's biggest hits ever, expectations are certainly high.
