Ragnarok is a sequel to 2018's God of War, and continues and concludes the Norse saga--it will not become a trilogy. More God of War games are expected, of course, but nothing has been announced.

Recently, Kratos actor Christopher Judge made headlines when he teased project announcements soon, with many taking that to mean a new God of War game might be on tap. But that isn't the case--Judge was teasing other projects.
