Fable Reportedly Has Witcher-Like Combat
The upcoming Fable game is said to have some "CD Projekt RED DNA" in its combat and weapons options
Corden mentioned some of the game's enemies as well, including a giant chicken--which he described as "dangerous" and "scary"--as well as a werewolf that the player was able to lure with bacon, eggs, and sausages--or "a full English breakfast"--to get it out of its lair.
The unnamed female main character from the first trailer was confirmed by Corden, who also noted that he was told that players may be able to select a character, and that he hasn't seen the male model yet. If new footage from Fable is going to debut this year, it will likely be at The Game Awards next month.
Fable will be released on Xbox Series X|S and PC in 2025.
