Now Playing: Lost Soul Aside – Gameplay Trailer

Lost Soul Aside started as the solo project of Chinese developer Yang Bing, who started building it from Unreal Engine assets back in 2016. The project gained visibility and traction through trailers. Eventually, thanks to the Sony program China Hero Project, a full dev team joined Bing, founding the studio UltiZero Games.

Previously, Lost Soul Aside had a release date of May 30, 2025, but it was delayed to August just a month before it was set to launch, which the studio said was to allow additional time to "polish" the game.
