How to Live Stream the 2021 MTV VMAs
The MTV VMAs for 2021 will be a hybrid of last year's show and the pre-COVID ceremonies. Because of the delta variant, restrictions will still be in place, but the vaccine allows for a larger live audience and guest list. If you're looking to watch the VMAs from home, though, don't worry: There are still many ways to do that. From your standard cable to the VMAs live stream, taking in the show is easier than ever.
Below, see how to watch the VMAs live from your own home.
Traditional cable
The VMAs air live Sunday, September 12 at 8 p.m. ET on MTV. It will simulcast on CMT, Comedy Central, Logo, MTV2, Nickelodeon, Paramount Network, Pop, TV Land, VH1, and The CW.
Streaming
The VMA show stream is available on Paramount+. Also, if you have a live TV streaming service, like Hulu Live, you can watch it there, as well.
