Naomi Osaka Is Serving Up Her Own Sunscreen Line

Take! My! Money!

Naomi Osaka is the reigning champ of the U.S. Open and Australian Open. She's the first Asian tennis player to hold the top ranking in singles. And she can rock bright pink hair. Does that make her a triple or quadruple threat? We can't keep track—she's changing the game too fast.

And the 23-year-old athlete is just getting started. Business of Fashion reports that Osaka's launching a skincare line specifically designed for people of color. The line focuses on SPF, making it the perfect option for a new everyday sunscreen.

The name for the line, Kinló, is inspired by her Japanese and Haitian roots. "Kin” means “gold” in Japanese and “ló” means “gold” in Haitian Creole. Kinló is set to launch with five products in fall 2021.

According to The Cut, the products are a tinted SPF 40 moisturizer with blue light protection, intended for those days when you're glued to your laptop or cell phone. The tinted SPF 50 moisturizer can also take the place of foundation if you're looking for sun protection with light coverage. Protective body spray, restorative lip balm, and restorative eye cream are the other products reportedly set to be released.

If that wasn't enough to pique your interest, get this: Every product is less than $20. The inclusive brand specifically focuses on the needs of people with melanated skin, so you won't need to worry about leaving the house without realizing you have white cast on your face (it happens to the best of us).

In other words, get ready to stock your shelves with Naomi Osaka's new sunscreen line when it launches later this year.
