Here's why.
Scott Disick Is Reportedly ‘Uncomfortable’ With Kourtney and Travis's Relationship
Kourtney Kardashian's ex, Scott Disick, is reportedly “uncomfortable” with how serious she and Travis Barker are getting. "It's uncomfortable for Scott to see Kourtney in a serious relationship, although he knew this day would come," a source told E! “He is glad she is happy, but it's definitely been hard on him. He doesn't like to bring it up and it's a weird convo for him. At one point, the family was really encouraging Scott and Kourtney to try the relationship again and it's a bit of an eye opener for him, that it's truly never going to happen.”
"Before Travis, Kourtney’s relationships were never serious. It was more like flings. With Travis, it’s different,” a source told People a few days ago. “Scott was pretty shocked when he found out that they are dating, and he can tell that they have moved very quickly. His kids love Travis, which is also hard for Scott. Kourtney and Travis are like a family with the kids. Scott is having a hard time with this situation.”
Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian have long had an on-again, off-again vibe, but perhaps that's coming to an end. A source told E!, "Scott has really distanced himself from Kourtney recently…Of course they are still cordial when it comes to the kids, but they aren't hanging out as much or doing things as a family. The communication has become strictly about the kids."
They do seem to be congenial in that department, at least. In December 2020 Disick praised Kardashian's parenting skills on Instagram, sweetly writing, “Thank you @kourtneykardash for being the best baby maker in town, I couldn’t have asked for a better person in the world to have these amazing children with, I love u and our family more than anything in the world.”
