It's honestly such a mood.
This Accidentally Hilarious Orlando Bloom Interview Is Going Viral
Wait a minute, is Orlando Bloom the male Gwyneth Paltrow? Have we finally found a Goop guru for men? He hasn't launched a lifestyle newsletter just yet, but the Lord of the Rings star's latest interview has all the hallmarks of a sincerely New Age and sweetly Los Angeles celestial celebrity mindset.
Speaking to The Sunday Times about his life with fiancé Katy Perry and baby daughter Daisy Dove, Bloom went into detail about his spiritual, dietary, and exercise practices. And he was either joking in the article or we have a new king of enlightenment (or both). For the paper's "Life in a Day” feature, Bloom outlined his daily routine, starting with consuming a mixture of green powder, collagen, and “brain octane oil,” which he admits is “quite L.A." He then explained how he hikes while listening to Stone Temple Pilots or Nirvana, which, sure! Listen to whatever gets your heart pumping, Orlando.
The hike is how he “earns” his breakfast of more health foods, which he says are almost all plant-based because he “sometimes looks at a cow and thinks, 'That's the most beautiful thing ever.'”
Bloom also revealed he exclusively works on projects with Amazon. As for what he wants to do next? “I spend a lot of my time dreaming about roles for myself and others—for minorities and women,” he noted in the piece.
“I admire ‘myself, minorities, and women’ as the categories of people to advance,” one person tweeted. And the reactions keep going from there. People on social media are having a time poking fun at this latest entry into the lifestyles of the rich and famous pantheon.
“Genuinely thought the Orlando Bloom interview in The Sunday Times was a spoof. Is it really not?” another person added.
“This Orlando Bloom interview is hilarious,” a third wrote.
