After a 25-year crash course in what does—and doesn’t—work for her skin, the icon's beauty routine is surprisingly “super simple.”
Victoria Beckham Drops Her Skin-Care Routine
Known by the moniker “Posh” for a quarter century, you’d think Victoria Beckham would be extravagant when it comes to her beauty routine. Quite the opposite, actually. “I tend to have a less is more approach with skin care,” she says. “Fewer, better products are the way to go. I don’t have the time or patience to be fiddling with 10 different products at a time.”
In the spotlight for 25 years—as a performer, a designer, and a global icon—Beckham has spent her fair share of time trying out beauty and skincare products, learning what does and doesn’t work for her. This expertise and knowledge led her to create Victoria Beckham Beauty in 2019, powered by clean, high-performance products like the collection’s newest addition, the Matte Bronzing Brick, and her skin care collaboration with Augustinus Bader.
“Over the years I’ve really learned what ingredients work for my skin,” Beckham says. “I like to use very powerful formulas that have many benefits and include key active ingredients like Niacinamide, Hyaluronic Acid, and Professor Augustinus Bader’s TFC8 technology. That’s why our Power Serum is my holy grail for both day and night. It contains all of these key ingredients plus vitamin E and olive fruit extract, which help protect against free radicals and blue light damage— so important for how much time I’ve been spending in front of the screen.”

My Morning Cleanse
In the morning, I start by splashing some cold water on my face to reverse any puffiness or dullness from the prior night (or glass of tequila). I learned this little tip from Melanie Grant, my favorite facialist. She taught me to dunk my face in ice water, but most mornings, I just use ice cold water from the tap.
My Exfoliator
Next, I wash my face with a super delicate exfoliator. I'm a longtime fan of Dr. Barbara Sturm’s Enzyme Cleanser. It's delicate enough to use daily; with the powder formula, a little goes a long way.

I follow up with my Cell Rejuvenating Power Serum. I can’t start my morning without it. It’s almost like a multivitamin for my skin—it is supercharged with Professor Augustinus Bader’s TFC8 technology, which jumpstarts my skin cell’s renewal process. It treats prior damage (including time!) and strengthens my skin barrier to protect against any future damage. Trust me, it’s an absolute must have.

In the daytime, I follow with my Cell Rejuvenating Priming Moisturizer, which also contains Bader’s TFC8 technology. I really enjoy this step because you see instant results. My skin is immediately moisturized, pores are blurred, and I’m left with a subtle light-reflecting glow. It is beautiful alone or under makeup, honestly. I have barely even picked up my foundation because this healthy glow is enough. Now that the weather is warming up, I’ve swapped my illuminating shade for the golden shade for a subtly bronze glow.
I love a good face massage when I’m putting on my nighttime skincare—just my Cell Rejuvenating Power Serum and Augustinus Bader’s Rich Cream.

My nighttime routine is all about winding down and having some time to myself. I love to have a glass of wine in the bath any chance I get and read a good book. If I have the extra time, I love to wear eye masks to revitalize tired eyes after a long day. The 111SKIN Black Diamond eye patches are my favorite.

At night, I slather myself in Weleda Skin Food before bed. I cannot get enough of this thick moisturizer for my body.

I love my Matte Bronzing Brick. It’s a soft matte powder bronzer duo that has two shades in it. You can use the first as an all over, pore-blurring bronzing powder, then the second, deeper shade to add contour. I learned this trick from working with makeup artists, and I am thrilled to finally have two shades in one palette. I am all about more in less. On a more minimal makeup day, I finish up with some mascara (Future Lash, of course—it won’t budge even through a workout) and an easy swipe of Bitten Lip Tint on my lips and cheeks. Done.
