We Need Lizzo’s ‘Fake Boobs, Fake Ass’ Bodysuit ASAP

“Rumors” is climbing the charts, and Lizzo's celebrating in style.

What better way to celebrate the success of your new single than by dancing in a bodysuit emblazoned with its lyrics? At least, that's what Lizzo had in mind when she put on her fabulous new garment, a leotard with “fake boobs” on the front and “fake ass” on the back. And her own name on the straps, for good measure.

The words reference a line from Cardi B's verse in the two women's new song “Rumors,” which debuted alongside a glamorous music video earlier this month. The song is pure Lizzo: catchy, empowering, and funny. But sadly, it brought out the typical trolls: haters, body-shamers and racists. Cardi and other celebrities rallied to Lizzo's defense, and though she cried while addressing the backlash, she ultimately got the last laugh. “Rumors” is climbing the charts, and Lizzo's thrilled about it.

She wore the “fake boobs, fake ass” bodysuit out and about in Los Angeles, pairing it with cutoff jean shorts, oversized sunglasses, sparkly hoop earrings, and black ankle boots, plus a handbag that says “Lizzo” in rhinestones. At home, she took off everything else and made a video to commemorate “Rumors” entering the Billboard Hot 100 Top 10, dancing and mugging for the camera.

This isn't the first time this week that the musician has used her outfit to send a loud and clear message. On August 20, she stepped out in black leather pants and a T-shirt featuring a picture of herself from behind, with the Biggie lyric “enuff to feed the needy.”

“Rumors,” after all, is about embracing the good, the bad, the fake, and the true. As Cardi raps, “All the rumors are true, yeah, Fake ass, fake boobs, yeah,” referencing her own cosmetic work, which she's never tried to hide.

So can we get one of these from their merch store, or what? We have some real, fake, really fake, and fakely real pics to take.
