It's perfect for summer.
We Tried Fenty's New Skin Tint on Five Different Skin Tones
Every Fenty Beauty product is buzzy by nature, but the brand's newest launch, Fenty Beauty Eaze Drop Blurring Skin Tint, had the internet particularly excited. Complexion products are where the brand really excels, and it basically set the modern standards for shade ranges with its original foundation launch back in 2017.
Up until now, Fenty only offered super-full coverage foundation (in both matte and hydrating formulas), and while it's beloved by many, sometimes you want options. And with many of us opting for lighter makeup routines this year and summer just around the corner, the timing couldn't be better.
The just-launched Eaze Drop is the brand's first skin tint, and it comes in 25 flexible shades that correspond to the brand's existing foundation shades. It offers buildable light-to-medium coverage, can be quickly applied with your fingers, and is a long-wearing formula. It has a natural finish, and like the name suggests, blurs pores and wrinkles thanks to the brand's “Quickblur Complex.” It also claims to be humidity, sweat, and transfer-resistant, and it's non-comedogenic.
Rih has yet to steer us wrong when it comes to foundation, so we had high hopes for Eaze Drop. We had five Glamour editors put the tint to the test to see how it stacks up to the rest of the line. Read on for our honest reviews.

I'm not a big fan of foundation in general, but Eaze Drop is one of the rare few I genuinely like. The texture is so lightweight and hydrating, it low-key feels more like a tinted moisturizer, but it's buildable so you can use it to blur out redness and even your skin tone. I definitely still needed concealer to hide the puffiness under my eyes and cover real blemishes, but I like that it at least still lets my natural freckles shine through. The formula has a thick consistency when you first squeeze it out of the bottle, but it smoothes out evenly and dries in about 30 seconds flat. This quick-drying aspect has to be one of the best things about the tint IMO because it means no streaks on my clothes or face masks!

I'll start off by saying that I have dehydrated, combination skin, so any product that has mattifying effects will likely leave me with some unsightly patches. While the color match of this tint was pretty close when I initially applied it to my face, once dry, it left me with a noticeable white cast (worth noting that the formula does feature talc, commonly found in baby powder and used to absorb moisture). That said, if you have an oily complexion and are looking for coverage that won't budge, I'd say Eaze Drop is definitely worth a try.

This launch immediately piqued my interest not only because I subscribe to the church of Rihanna, but also because I'm always here for another no-makeup makeup staple, and I was a big fan of the Fenty Pro Filt'r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation in the before times. I've mainly used this one tinted oil every day for the past year, but I've found that when I have a breakout and the light hits just so, the dewiness of the formula actually draws attention to any texture issues I'm trying to conceal—which is not the case with Fenty Beauty's Eaze Drop Blurring Skin Tint.
This product does exactly what it claims to: blurs pores and bumps, evens skin tone, and gets the job done with a mess-free application. The compact packaging makes it ideal for throwing into a tote bag and keeping on deck for mid-day touch-ups, which can easily be done with your fingers if you don't have a sponge or a brush on hand, since it's not liquid-y at all. I'm still going to keep my go-to tinted oil on rotation, but this is an awesome alternative if I'm going for a more air-brushed look, rather than something super supple and dewy. I'd recommend this for a lightweight summer look or for days when you're hopping on a Zoom call that you want to look alive for, but may or may not be wearing pants.

This would be the world's most perfect foundation if I had just a little less acne. I love the way it feels—like nothing—and the pretty, airbrushed finish. It's not dewy, but it's not a classic matte either, so it works perfectly with my combo skin. It offers pretty decent coverage for a tint, considering most others I've tried just add dew instead of pigment, but my scarring and pimples shine through just a touch too much for my taste (it looks better in photos than IRL which isn't necessarily a bad thing). However, I'm so into the blurring effect and lightweight texture that I'm willing to pack on the concealer where I need it, especially with summer coming up.

I’m shocked at how much I love this product. I typically would never go for a satin-y finish since I have supremely dry skin and fine lines, but this somehow does not accentuate either. The color match is absolutely perfect (which is saying something because it’s usually hard for me to find a flawless fit for my medium skin), and the coverage is just my type: It easily evens out my skin tone but is light enough to actually look natural. (It really, truly look like skin.) The only thing I wish this product had was some moisturizing properties since it’s perfect for using during the spring and summer.
