Can jets of drugs from pressurized capsules replace needles?
Drugs need to be delivered to the correct part of the body and sometimes the best way to do this is using a needle. But research has shown that ingestible drugs are often preferred to needles. So a team of researchers have created a new capsule that can be swallowed and can then inject a dose of a drug into tissue inside your body, using precisely calibrated jets.
